Tweens
Tweens runs every Friday afternoon!
Tweens takes place at our STRIVE building at 28 Foden Road in South Portland from 3:30–5:30 p.m.
If you are ages
11–14
Tweens is a STRIVE social program currently held every Friday from 3:30–5:30 p.m. 11–14 year olds (“tweens”) with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities are invited to enjoy structured activities with peers in a fun and safe environment! Weekly events are led by PSL Services/STRIVE staff and members of the local community.
Previous Tweens activities include top chef, tie dye, yoga, and karaoke. Previous Tweens community presenters include ecoMaine, South Portland Fire Department, Portland Boxing Club and Skytoyz. Our Tweens schedule and activities change each month.

Fridays from 3:30–5:30 p.m.
March Tweens will be full of energy, creativity, and fun—this month’s sessions will be led by University of New England’s Occupational Therapy
students!
Each Friday will bring something new as our student leaders plan a variety of engaging activities, games,
and projects for the group.
This Friday, the UNE students are on break!
We hope you'll join us for a fun, BINGO-like
adventure game led by STRIVE staff.
