Community Services Program Team Leader

This is a full-time position at both our South Portland and Yarmouth locations.

Hours will be between 8:30am and 5:30pm Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: develop and implement curriculum to include skill building and technology use for the STRIVE Bayside program, record daily attendance of participants, be the contact person for transportation services, prepare quarterly and yearly participants’ reports, meet with participants for PCP preplanning, evaluate and adjust participants’ goals, keep participants files up to date, work as a Direct Support Professional when needed.

The ideal candidate should be a leader, an independent worker with self-initiative, possess strong communication and writing skills, be dependable, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task.
