Bayside Community Supports Team Leader- Full Time

The STRIVE Bayside Team Leader's duties are responsibilities include but are not limited to organize participants schedule, record daily attendance of participants, ensure all participants have transportation to and from the program, provide and teach curriculum, and any other duties assigned by the coordinator.
This individual will work as a DSP on a daily basis and assist participants to increase their independence. This individual will be the backup for the Program Coordinator. A high attention to detail and the ability to multitask and work independently are required.
This is a full-time position, shifts will be 9am to 5pm Monday-Friday with flexibility between 8am and 6pm.
Requirements:
- We are looking for a fun, creative, responsible, independent individual
- High school diploma is required, 2 years or more of college is preferred but not required
- Driver’s License, reliable vehicle and clean driving record required
- Direct Support Professional certification and experience preferred but not required
